Claire chatted to Professor Dan Stoyanov from College School London all about robotic imaginative and prescient, surgical robotics, and synthetic intelligence.
Dan Stoyanov, FREng, FIET, is a Professor at UCL Pc Science holding a Royal Academy of Engineering Chair in Rising Applied sciences. He’s Director of the Wellcome/EPSRC Centre for Interventional and Surgical Sciences (WEISS), a big analysis centre combining engineering and scientific experience. His analysis pursuits are centered on surgical robotics, surgical knowledge science and the event of surgical AI techniques for scientific use. He’s Chief Scientist at Digital Surgical procedure, and he co-founded Odin Imaginative and prescient Ltd as a UCL spin-out centered on AI in gastroenterology.
