macos – Xcode cannot signal due to an current Improvement certificates

I’ve an OS X 10.11.6 Digital Machine on Home windows 10 with VMware, operating Xcode 7.3.1 downloaded immediately from Apple, with a free Developer Account. That setup is for creating an app for iOS 9.

The problem is Xcode fails to signal the app it doesn’t matter what I do.

It says “Your account already has a legitimate iOS Improvement certificates”, although I attempted 3 completely different Apple IDs together with ones I did not use for years, tried deleting all of the certificates from Keychain Entry, tried to repeat a developer profile from my different MacBook Professional (it is Apple Silicon so I am unable to use it right here), tried to revoke the certificates however could not as a result of the free Developer Account.

Full message:

You may have a legitimate iOS Improvement certificates within the Member Heart, however it’s not put in regionally. In case your signing identification is put in on one other Mac, you may export a developer profile on that Mac and import it on this Mac. You too can reset your present certificates.

I pressed “Reset” thrice till Xcode prompts:

You may have a legitimate iOS Improvement certificates within the Member Heart, however it’s not put in regionally. In case your signing identification is put in on one other Mac, you may export a developer profile on that Mac and import it on this Mac. You too can reset your present certificates.
