Summary
Bilirubin is a key biomarker within the analysis of jaundice. Herein, we proposed a easy and handy quantitative methodology for the fluorescent detection of bilirubin. We developed a copper nanoclusters coated by zinc-based metal-organic frameworks (Cu NCs@MOF). The ready Cu NCs@MOF exhibited brilliant blue fluorescence excited with ultra-violet mild and nicely stability at varied environments. Extra importantly, Cu NCs@MOF was used for bilirubin detection primarily based on the rising crimson fluorescence emission peak induced by bilirubin. Moreover, Cu NCs@MOF have been made into check strip for the visible detection of bilirubin by the fluorescence coloration variation.
