Learn how to repair photos imported from iOS 17.x and iPhone 15 Professional Max to Excessive Sierra

I HAD seen this answered on a distinct discussion board, however now the thread cannot be discovered. I posted new, asking for the reply or a hyperlink to the earlier thread, and I obtained deleted with out rationalization or reply.

I am importing digicam photos taken on and from an iPhone 15 Professional Max, operating iOS 17.x, onto my Excessive Sierra “Images” app. They maintain exhibiting up within the Images app trying like (see pattern pics). I wish to say the reply had one thing to do with “uncooked” photos…

1. How do I repair current digicam roll photos so that they import usually? repair and import or import and repair, it does not matter to me.

2. How do I forestall this from occurring once more?
