Rudolf Hruby, a founder and co-owner of Slovakian endpoint safety vendor ESET, has died on the age of 69 of unknown causes.
ESET was based as a non-public enterprise in 1992 by Hruby, together with Miroslav Trnka and Peter Paško, although its roots return to 1987, when Czechoslovakia was nonetheless below communist rule; the staff at that time created the primary model of its antivirus product, NOD.
