Sadly, this convenient debug menu is gone in current macOS, to get replaced by this simplified model.

Previous to it being on this menu, it was within the Xcode toolkit. I haven’t got or use Xcode to have the ability to rapidly discover it if that is the place it is gone, however I am fairly prepared to obtain/set up needed components if that is what’s required.
