laborious drive – Will i lose any knowledge if i switch backups knowledge folders and never the entire backups.backupdb?

I can switch dates folders(backups from totally different dates),however i can not switch backups.backupdb.
Will i lose one thing if i simply switch these recordsdata?

Is there a strategy to switch someplace backups.backupdb if it is on exterior HDD and never in my TimeMachine?
I saved backups a very long time in the past from my outdated MacBook Professional with Mojave.
I saved them on exterior Transcend HDD and now i can not switch them anyplace :

1.To a different HDD?No,i can not,i get limitless copying of recordsdata.

2.To my Mac?NO!”The quantity is improper format for backup”

3.Encrypt backups contained in the HDD and switch dmg verison?NO!
”Operation failed: Operation not permitted”

4.Simply wait until limitless copying finish?Properly,it will not finish.

Please assist me or simply say it is simply not possible in MacOS to switch your backups if they’re on exterior HDD
